How does a skier glide across the snow? How does a skater spin so smoothly? And why does a single push on a bicycle pedal move you forward? In this model lesson for primary English teachers, you’ll discover how the concept of force—the push and pull behind movement—can open the door to rich language learning.

Explore how to structure cause and effect writing tasks that help young learners describe actions clearly and explain why they happen. You’ll learn practical ways for students to express themselves through writing, craft clear definitions, and build vocabulary through inquiry and cross curricular content. Ready to push your lessons forward and let fresh ideas pull you in? Join us and take away easy to use strategies that make learning active, engaging, and genuinely fun!
