At National Geographic Learning we pride ourselves on our modern content and believe that language learners can build a wide range of future-ready skills through our programs. This week's model academic lesson for English language teachers is from Pathways Listening and Speaking Level 1. The academic track for this lesson is health and biology and the theme is the human body. In this lesson we'll learn new vocabulary and academic listening skills. But at the same time we'll make predictions about the body, learn some surprising facts, question and fact check what we learned, and apply our new knowledge and skills to our academic and vocational lives. We'll also take a sneak peak at 'Dynamic Lessons,' our latest digital teaching tool that makes teaching fantastic lessons a breeze!
