This session focuses on turning reading into a regular, enjoyable, and purposeful practice for all students. By balancing recreational and critical reading and incorporating relevant topics connected to students’ lives, educators will learn how to design reading spaces that resonate with students’ emotions, interests, and needs—fostering a sustainable culture of reading. 

John Howard Galindo is a TEFL-certified educator with over 20 years of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT) as a coordinator, teacher, and teacher trainer. With a master’s degree in Digital Marketing and a B.A. in Business, he offers a unique approach to education, blending pedagogy with business expertise to create transformative learning experiences. John has worked with students and educators across Latin America in both formal and non-formal educational settings, sharing practical insights to inspire growth and drive meaningful change. His mission has always been to empower individuals to unlock new opportunities by using English as a powerful tool for personal and professional development.
