She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Queensland, Australia, and another in English Language Teaching from the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, where she previously served as an English instructor. With over 20 years in English language education, she has partnered with leading institutions and trained thousands of teachers, focusing on improving teaching quality and fostering future-ready skills for millions of Vietnamese students. She also leads initiatives to create engaging, contextually relevant materials for public schools in Vietnam. Outside of work, she enjoys biking and photographing Hanoi’s historic neighborhoods.
