Research by John Hattie has long since proven that making learning visible has a significant impact on student achievement, but how can we incorporate it into the English language classroom? In this interactive and practical session, we’ll explore a range of visible learning strategies that help drive student development, autonomy and successful learning outcomes. Using examples from the National Geographic Learning series Outcomes Third Edition to illustrate the strategies, teachers will come away from this session with practical ideas for their classroom.

Alex is a DELTA trained teacher trainer with over 20 years’ experience of working in ELT as a teacher, teacher trainer and academic director. He has presented in over 50 countries throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
